What we do

At The Animal Info, we believe that protecting wildlife means understanding the bigger picture of how animals and the environment are connected. Our team is committed to tracking and studying the natural world in a way that combines animal behavior, weather patterns, natural disasters, and climate events. By bringing all these areas together, we create a clearer understanding of the challenges facing both wildlife and people, and we share that knowledge to inspire awareness and action.

One of the core parts of our mission is wildlife tracking. We observe and follow the movements, habits, and migration paths of animals to better understand how they live and how they respond to a changing world. From birds traveling thousands of miles across continents to mammals adjusting to shrinking habitats, tracking gives us valuable insights into survival strategies and population health. These patterns help us identify where species are most at risk, how ecosystems are shifting, and what can be done to protect biodiversity before it’s too late.

Alongside wildlife, we also monitor the forces of weather and climate that directly affect both ecosystems and human communities. Extreme weather events—such as severe thunderstorms, hurricanes, and prolonged droughts—create ripple effects that change the way animals find food, water, and shelter. By studying weather events and their impacts, our team can connect the dots between climate change, animal behavior, and environmental stress. This work not only informs conservation but also prepares people for the environmental challenges ahead.

Another key focus for us is flood tracking. Floods can devastate landscapes, destroying habitats and forcing animals into unfamiliar or dangerous territories. Rising waters impact everything from nesting grounds to food chains, often leaving species displaced or vulnerable. By monitoring floods and documenting their effects on wildlife, we provide valuable knowledge that can support conservation planning, emergency response, and awareness of how natural disasters affect more than just human communities.

Perhaps one of the most urgent areas we track is wildfire activity. Wildfires are increasing in frequency and intensity around the world, fueled by hotter, drier climates. These fires don’t just burn forests—they disrupt entire ecosystems, wipe out food sources, and force animals to flee into unsafe areas. Some species adapt and recover, while others face long-term loss of habitat. By studying how wildfires spread and how wildlife responds, our team works to highlight the deep connections between fire, climate change, and survival in the natural world.

Together, these areas of focus form the foundation of our mission. Wildfires, floods, weather events, and wildlife migrations may seem like separate issues, but in reality, they are deeply connected pieces of the same puzzle. By combining research and tracking from all of these areas, The Animal Info offers a holistic view of how our planet is changing—and how those changes affect every living creature on Earth.

Our goal is not only to track and report but also to educate, inspire, and prepare. We want our readers and followers to see the big picture: that protecting animals also means caring for their environments, adapting to climate change, and respecting the fragile balance that makes life possible. At The Animal Info, every fact we share and every update we provide comes back to one mission—to protect life by deepening our understanding of the natural world.
